About HAVYT
HAVYT is a health and fitness app for iPhone, built around the fact that no two days feel the same. It brings a short daily check-in together with training, activity, recovery, sleep, nutrition, mood and symptoms, so people can see how their days connect and adjust when a day calls for something lighter. Emelie, HAVYT’s AI assistant, answers questions from a person’s own logs. HAVYT was built with chronic conditions in mind and includes AS Mode, with deeper support for people living with ankylosing spondylitis. It is a wellness and fitness app, not a medical device. HAVYT launched on the App Store in September 2026 and is available in English, German, Spanish and Polish. More at havyt.app.
