HAVYT for Doctors

Better conversations start between appointments.

HAVYT helps people track symptoms, activity and daily wellbeing, so they can bring a clearer picture of the weeks between visits.

  • Recorded by the patient
  • Shared only if they choose
  • A PDF, not another dashboard

Who it’s for

For people living with persistent pain, stiffness and health that changes from week to week.

HAVYT is a daily companion for symptoms that do not fit into a ten-minute appointment: the good weeks, the bad weeks and everything in between.

  • Persistent pain
  • Stiffness
  • Fatigue and sleep
  • Fluctuating symptoms
AS Mode

Dedicated features for ankylosing spondylitis

AS Mode adds morning stiffness, flare status and pain areas to the daily check-in, alongside BASDAI self-tracking, and makes training suggestions more cautious.

Potential benefits

Useful on both sides of the appointment.

For patients

A clearer view of their own weeks.

  • Track pain, stiffness, sleep and activity
  • Understand changes over time
  • Prepare for appointments with structured histories

These are potential benefits, not proven clinical outcomes. Self-reported data can be incomplete.

How it works

Three steps, all in the patient’s hands.

  1. The patient tracks their days

A quick daily check-in records pain, stiffness, sleep, energy and how the day felt, next to training and activity.

A completed HAVYT daily check-in: feeling, energy, stress, soreness, sleep and AS symptoms, saved together
  2. HAVYT organizes their history

Entries become weeks and months they can look back on, with trends side by side. Days without an entry stay empty; nothing is filled in.

  3. The patient shares a report at their appointment

They choose the period and what to include, preview the Doctor Report, and decide whether to share the PDF.

The HAVYT Doctor Report screen: a detailed report for a chosen date range, with data completeness and the records it includes

Doctors don’t get automatic access to patient data.

A Doctor Report exists only when a patient creates one, and reaches you only if they decide to share it.

Work with us

Help us make HAVYT more useful for patients and doctors.

We are looking for rheumatologists and other healthcare professionals who are willing to give honest feedback, explore the app and, if it makes sense, discuss a small future pilot.

  1. Honest feedback on the Doctor Report
  2. A look at the app, at your own pace
  3. A conversation about a small future pilot
