Health data is everywhere.
Understanding is not.
HAVYT is building a personalised health intelligence platform that connects symptoms, lifestyle, recovery and training data to help people understand their own bodies.

Daniel Golaszewski
Founder, HAVYT
Why I built HAVYT
HAVYT began with a problem I had myself. Living with ankylosing spondylitis meant tracking a lot — pain, stiffness, sleep, training, what helped and what did not — across apps that each held one piece and none of which spoke to each other.
The difficulty was never a lack of data. It was that nothing turned that data into understanding. Every tool could tell me what happened. None could help me see what tended to happen together.
So the product started from the tracking, not from the dashboard: capture the day honestly in under a minute, then let months of it become something you can actually read. That is the whole thesis, and it is why HAVYT works for someone managing a condition and for someone simply trying to stay consistent.
The problem
Healthcare is largely reactive. Most people look for answers after something has gone wrong, and arrive at a short appointment trying to reconstruct months from memory.
Meanwhile the amount of personal health data has grown enormously. Wearables are mainstream, sleep and heart-rate data are ambient, and people are more willing than ever to track how they feel.
The data has multiplied. The interpretation has not. Most tools show you a number and leave the meaning to you.
Where HAVYT sits
Four shifts are happening at once. HAVYT is built at the point where they meet.
Digital health
Care and self-management are moving onto platforms people already carry.
Wearables
Continuous personal health data has become ordinary rather than specialist.
AI interpretation
Models can now make sense of messy, personal, longitudinal data at individual scale.
Prevention
Attention is moving upstream, toward understanding patterns before they become episodes.
Why now
None of these shifts is new on its own. What is new is that they have arrived together, and that consumers — not institutions — now hold the data.
A tool like HAVYT was not buildable five years ago. The wearables were niche, the models could not handle personal context, and few people were tracking symptoms alongside training. All three have changed.
HAVYT is being built during that transition rather than after it.
Why HAVYT
Understanding, not another dashboard
HAVYT connects symptoms, habits, recovery, training and sleep, and surfaces possible relationships across a person’s own history — always as something worth examining, never as a cause.
Built for real days
Most health products are designed for a user who never has a bad week. HAVYT assumes good days, bad days, flares and recovery, because that is what the people who need it most actually live.
Product already shipped
HAVYT 1.0 is live on iOS with daily check-ins, adaptive training, symptom and recovery tracking, Apple Health integration, Doctor Reports, an AI coach and AS Mode.
A defensible starting wedge
Chronic conditions such as ankylosing spondylitis are underserved by general fitness tools and demand exactly the longitudinal tracking HAVYT is built around.
Investment thesis
- Founder–market fitBuilt from direct experience of the problem, not from a market map.
- Growing categoryDigital health and personalised care are expanding as data moves to the individual.
- Longitudinal dataPersonal health history compounds in value the longer someone uses the product.
- AI leverageInterpretation of messy personal data is precisely what current models are good at.
- Underserved usersPeople managing chronic conditions are poorly served by tools built for perfect weeks.
The longer arc
The near-term product is an app. The direction is a personal health intelligence layer — the place where someone’s tracked history lives and becomes useful.
What accumulates matters more than any single feature: longitudinal health records people actually maintain, patterns specific to an individual rather than a cohort, and eventually knowledge shared across a community facing similar conditions.
We are not claiming a data moat today. We are saying the direction is one where consistent, structured personal history is the asset, and that is what HAVYT is built to collect.

Who we are looking for
HAVYT is opening conversations with a small number of investors and partners who understand where personal health is going. The most useful ones bring more than capital.
Angel investors
Particularly those who have built consumer or health products before.
Healthcare investors
People who understand clinical reality and regulatory ground.
Technology investors
Operators who have seen data products compound.
Founders and strategic partners
Distribution, clinical networks, or hard-won experience of this market.
Start a conversation
Tell us a little about you and what interests you. Investor materials are shared directly in conversation rather than published here.
Questions
Is HAVYT currently raising?
We are opening conversations with selected investors who share our view of where personal health is going. Anything specific is discussed directly rather than published here.
What stage is HAVYT at?
Early stage. The product is live on iOS and we are focused on depth of use and understanding what people actually keep tracking.
Who can express interest?
Individuals and organisations with a genuine interest in personalised health. Expressing interest is not an application and carries no obligation on either side.
What happens after I submit?
Every enquiry is read personally. Where there is a potential fit we follow up directly, usually within a couple of weeks. Materials are shared in conversation rather than published.
Can I see the deck?
Investor materials are shared directly after an initial conversation, not made public. Mention it in your message and we will bring it to the call.
How is health data handled?
User health data stays inside HAVYT and is never sold or shared with advertising networks. The privacy policy sets out the detail, and it is a constraint we treat as a product decision rather than a compliance one.
HAVYT is exploring conversations with potential investors. Submitting an enquiry is an expression of interest only. It does not constitute an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy any security, nor any commitment by either party.
