HAVYT for Health Partners
Better support for the days between appointments.
HAVYT helps people understand their health patterns, stay active and build routines that last, even when pain, energy and recovery change from day to day.
- Pilots with 50 to 500 members
- 8 to 12 weeks
- iPhone app, available now

The days in between
Healthcare sees the patient occasionally. HAVYT sees the days in between.
Between visits, all of this keeps moving, often from one day to the next.
- Pain
- Stiffness
- Energy
- Sleep
- Activity
- Training
- Recovery
- Nutrition
- Mood
- Symptoms
Health does not only happen during appointments. It happens on the mornings in between, in the good weeks and in the hard ones.
HAVYT gives people a simple way to capture those everyday changes, and to understand them over time.
HAVYT is a wellness and self-tracking app. It helps people bring everyday context to their care. It does not diagnose, and it never replaces a doctor.
How HAVYT supports members
One day, seen as a whole.
Pick any day between appointments. Check-ins, training, food, sleep and coaching share one picture, so each part can inform the next.
- 07:10
Check in
Pain, morning stiffness, fatigue, energy and sleep, captured in under a minute.

- 07:12
Read the day
Sleep and recovery signals, synced from Apple Health or entered by hand, shape today’s guidance.

- 12:30
Move at the right level
A full workout when the day allows it. On harder days, a short mobility session instead, and the person always has the final say.

- 18:00
Log it and move on
Sets, meals, water and walks, each logged in a few taps, with steps from Apple Health and GPS for runs. Streaks and challenges keep the habit going.

- Over weeks
Understand the pattern
Many days become personal patterns, explained in plain language. People with AS can add the BASDAI questionnaire weekly, or whenever they need it.

Nothing here works in isolation. A short night changes the workout, the workout feeds the patterns, and the patterns inform what comes next.
From data to patterns
From daily signals to better conversations.
Small daily inputs add up. Over weeks, HAVYT can surface patterns in a person’s own data and turn them into support they can act on.

Personalised support
Plans, reminders and coaching adjust to what the data suggests. The person decides.

Short night and a stiff morning, so today stays gentle.

Patterns HAVYT can help surface
- Poor sleep and increased stiffness and lower activity
- Training and recovery and pain response
- Weather and symptoms
- Nutrition and energy
- Mobility and stiffness
HAVYT identifies patterns and surfaces correlations in a person’s own data. It does not establish causes or make diagnoses. A pattern is a starting point for reflection, and for a better informed conversation with a professional.
Chronic conditions
Built with chronic conditions in mind.
Most fitness apps assume you can simply push harder. HAVYT was built around a different reality.
Today’s planStrength · 40 minSome days a workout is possible.
Today’s planMobility · 12 minSome days mobility is the win.
Today’s planRest and recoverSome days recovery is the right decision.
Ankylosing spondylitis
Deeper support for AS, today.
AS Mode tunes the whole app to a body that fluctuates. It raises sensitivity to stiffness, fatigue and flare-like patterns without splitting HAVYT into a separate product.
- Pain, pain regions, morning stiffness and fatigue in the daily check-in
- BASDAI weekly or on demand, with the full history kept
- Training and mobility adjusted with AS in mind
- Doctor Reports that summarise weeks of logs for appointments
AS is where condition-specific support begins. The platform can expand to further conditions over time, and the same adaptive core already serves people with general chronic pain and people whose weeks are simply unpredictable.

Pilot programme
Start small. Measure everything.
A HAVYT pilot is a structured test, not a large implementation. Its purpose is to find out whether HAVYT creates meaningful engagement and value for your specific members.

- Weeks 1–2

Agree the group, the questions and the reporting. Members join and get started.
- Weeks 3–10
Everyday use
Members use HAVYT in normal life, and engagement is measured throughout.
- Weeks 11–12
Evaluate together
Aggregated results, member feedback and a clear decision about next steps.
Shown for a 12-week pilot.
Measured in HAVYT today
- Activation
- Daily check-in participation
- Workout and mobility engagement
- Retention over the pilot
- Feature usage
- Self-reported symptom trends
Recorded by the app as people use it. Pilot reporting would be aggregated.
Evaluated together in a pilot
- Member satisfaction
- Qualitative feedback
- Perceived value for your population
- Questions specific to your organisation
Collected through surveys and conversations agreed before the pilot starts.
There are no outcome figures on this page, and that is deliberate. Outcomes should be measured, not promised.
- iPhone app, live on the App Store
- English, German, Spanish and Polish
- Apple Health optional, no wearable needed

Why HAVYT
Different by design.
Built around real-life fluctuation
Plans adapt to how someone feels today, not to how they felt when the plan was written.
Consumer-grade, not clinical software
Designed like the apps people choose to open, not a portal they are asked to log into.
Fitness, health, recovery and nutrition in one
One connected picture instead of separate apps that never compare notes.
Personal over the long run
Support grounded in each person’s own history, which becomes more useful over time.
Chronic-condition aware
Pain, stiffness and fatigue are part of the design from the start, with deep AS support today.
Made for week ten, not just day one
Streaks, challenges and gentle reminders are designed to keep people going beyond the first week.
Privacy and trust
Trust is part of the product.
Health data deserves more care than most. This is how HAVYT handles it today.
People stay in control
Health tracking starts only with explicit consent. AI, cycle tracking and Apple Health each have their own switch, and people can export their data or delete their account in the app.
No selling, no ads
HAVYT never sells personal data or uses it for advertising. The app contains no third-party advertising or analytics trackers.
Responsible AI
AI is off until a person turns it on. Emelie’s answers are hedged, grounded in the person’s own logs, and point to professionals for medical questions. Data sent to the AI provider is not used to train its models by default.
Transparent data use
Every service provider that handles data is listed publicly, with what it does and where. HAVYT is operated from Spain under the GDPR.
Security built in
Encryption in transit and at rest, row-level security on user data, and least-privilege admin access with audit logging.
Alongside care, never instead of it
HAVYT is a wellness and self-tracking app, not a medical device under the EU MDR. It does not diagnose or treat, and it never replaces professional medical advice.
In a pilot, members decide what they share. Reporting to partners is aggregated, and the exact data flows are agreed in writing before anything starts.
Potential partners
Where a pilot could start.
Four kinds of organisations, one shared question: would everyday support be valuable to the people you serve?
Health insurers
Offer members everyday support for activity, recovery and chronic symptoms, and test engagement with a defined group before any wider rollout.
