The Beginning
There are thousands of fitness apps
Most do the same things, workouts, step counts, calorie logs
But most people stop using them after a few weeks
Not because they lack willpower
Because they lack a system that actually adapts
Our story
There are thousands of fitness apps
Most do the same things, workouts, step counts, calorie logs
But most people stop using them after a few weeks
Not because they lack willpower
Because they lack a system that actually adapts
HAVYT is personal
The founder lives with Ankylosing Spondylitis, a chronic condition affecting the spine and joints
Training and movement are a key part of his daily routine
But there was no modern app that truly supported people like him
No system that adapts to difficult days, limitations or setbacks
Most apps assume everyone starts from the same place
Real life doesn’t work that way
What if a fitness app could actually adapt to the person using it?
Not just workouts, a full system that understands your body, energy, progress and limits
Something closer to a personal coach than a tracking tool
With modern AI, that finally became possible
In business, systems create growth
In life, systems create consistency
Fitness works the same way
Not motivation, not random workouts
A system that helps you improve step by step, whether that means getting stronger, moving more freely or simply feeling better
HAVYT is not meant to be just another fitness app
The goal is a personal fitness operating system
Training, nutrition, recovery and habits together in one place
A system that grows with you and supports you on both good days and difficult ones
Because the real challenge is not starting, it’s staying consistent
That’s exactly what HAVYT was built for
Chronic pain & AS
That does not mean the day is lost.
Built by a founder who lives with Ankylosing Spondylitis. AS Mode raises the whole app’s sensitivity to stiffness, fatigue and flare-like patterns, check-ins stay under a minute on the hard mornings, and harder days get gentler suggestions instead of guilt.
HAVYT supports self-tracking and reflection. It is not medical advice, always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical decisions.

HAVYT comes from Habit, we just wrote it differently, because a habit isn’t something you schedule, it’s something you have. We built this app to be the one thing you actually come back to every day, not out of discipline, but out of routine.
