Understand your symptoms, recovery and training in one place.

Plans break. HAVYT adapts. Built for real days, not the perfect ones.

The HAVYT app on three iPhones: simple food logging, a home check-in and readiness view, and a training session for logging sets

Your body doesn’t reset at midnight.

Whatever today holds, it started yesterday.

Your body is not a collection of separate numbers.

Everything is connected.

01

You log the day in seconds.

Pain, stiffness, mood, food, medication, training, quick taps, not paperwork.

02

Some signals arrive on their own.

Available sleep and recovery signals can sync through Apple Health. No wearable required, everything can be logged by hand.

03

HAVYT reads them together.

Every log lands in one system that looks across your signals, not at each number alone.

04

Until a pattern shows itself.

Like stiffer mornings after short sleep and heavier training. Hedged, grounded in your own logs, never a diagnosis.

Rewards, rethought

Some of these you earn by stopping.

50+ badges in the HAVYT collection. You collect them for training and for showing up, and just as often for taking the rest day, pacing through a flare, or coming back after two weeks away.

Your day,
all in one place.

  • Daily Check-in

Pain, sleep, energy and mood, one calm question at a time, in about a minute.

  • Nutrition Tracking

Search a food, log it, move on. Macros follow without the spreadsheet.

  • Training Tracking

The week ahead, today’s session, and every set logged in a tap.

  • Analytics

Drill from a single number down to the day it came from.

  • Patterns

Possible links between your sleep, pain, mood and habits, and how often each showed up.

Sound familiar?

Why am I more stiff today? Was it the workout or the sleep?I feel worse, but I don’t know why.I forgot what happened before the last flare. Was it the weather? The stress?
What should I tell my doctor?Should I train today or recover? It’s too much effort to log everything.I feel good today. No idea why.Why does my body react differently each week?

HAVYT keeps the context, so you don’t have to.

How HAVYT works

  1. Log your day

Track symptoms, training, nutrition, habits and daily wellbeing.

The HAVYT daily check-in on iPhone, asking how your pain is today on a scale from no pain to worst pain
  2. Find patterns

See how pain, energy, sleep and routines connect over time.

The HAVYT Patterns screen on iPhone, listing possible links such as higher pain and lower mood, with how often each was seen
  3. Adapt with confidence

Use your data to make better decisions and build routines that work for real life.

THE NAMEHAVYT

/ hæv ıt /  ·  noun

HAVYT comes from Habit, we just wrote it differently, because a habit isn’t something you schedule, it’s something you have. We built this app to be the one thing you actually come back to every day, not out of discipline, but out of routine.
