Emelie understands you better
Emelie now pays closer attention to what you actually ask, and answers from your own HAVYT data instead of guessing. Ask what she knows about you and you get a Personal Snapshot: your goal, training, check-ins and sleep at a glance. Ask how your week went, how today is going, what your last workout was or what she remembers, and she answers with a short sentence and a clear card. Follow-up questions stay on topic, even in long conversations, and she replies in the language you write in.

When something hurts, Emelie listens first
Tell Emelie your back hurts or your hip is stiff and she asks what is going on, looks at your recent training and check-ins, suggests safe next steps and can offer a short mobility session, instead of sending you to a doctor for every ache. Real warning signs still get a clear, calm nudge to seek care.
One Emelie, on a call and in chat
Live calls and chat now run on the same Emelie. On a call she answers about your data and logs water, food, supplements, drinks and notes exactly the way the chat does, with the same facts and the same care, just spoken briefly.
Log it by saying it
Tell Emelie "I took my vitamin D" or "log one beer" and it lands in your tracker, with a clear receipt card for water, supplements and drinks so you can see exactly what was saved. Water totals are stated exactly and logging water is quicker. Ask "did I take my magnesium?" or "what did I drink yesterday?" and you get an honest answer from your logs. Changed your mind? Say so, and Emelie undoes it.
A calmer Daily Check-in
The Daily Check-in is now a short guided flow: one question at a time, with what HAVYT already knows from Apple Health shown rather than asked, and a quick review before you save. A check-in saved without a connection now syncs exactly as you entered it. If you hid medication tracking, you can turn it back on from your Health Profile.

Help shape HAVYT
Under Profile you can now see what we are considering building next, upvote what you want most, and send us your own ideas. The most-voted ideas rise to the top and shipped ones sink to the bottom. You can also pick up to three languages you would like HAVYT to add next.
Settings has a home of its own
Tap the gear on your Me page. Everything you configure is grouped under You, HAVYT, App and Data, with a search box that finds a setting by the word you would use for it, and calmer, clearer controls throughout. Your Me page keeps what is about you: challenges, analytics, patterns and progress. Friend messages, story replies, reactions and requests now reach you as notifications right away, showing who wrote rather than what, unless you turn on previews. Likes and comments have their own switch.
Workouts that stay exactly as you left them
Completed sets, swapped and removed exercises now stay in place immediately, your workout keeps syncing after a dropped connection, finishing counts everything you logged, and locking your phone never sends you back to an earlier exercise. Timers no longer redraw the whole screen every second, so the app feels lighter while you train and uses less battery and data. Exercise search opens instantly and keeps up with your typing. When Emelie adjusts today's session, the lighter version appears on your plan straight away and she can tell you exactly what changed.
Quicker to open, quicker to move around
Tabs light up the moment you tap them. The Home screen and the Check-in fetch far less when you come back to them, the first seconds after launch do less work in the background, and returning to the app after a while is smoother.
Release notes can come with a video
When an update comes with a short video, What's New shows it as a thumbnail you can tap to watch on YouTube. The notes stay readable without it.
Also in 1.1
- Every birth year is selectable when you set up your account, and the age on the setup summary is exact.
- Tapping a challenge or group-session notification opens that challenge or session.
- Signing out warns you first if anything has not synced yet.
- Logging several of something records the right amount, and correcting a quantity no longer doubles the calories.
- Emelie answers questions about your own day from your HAVYT data, not from a web search.
- Emelie only explains a symptom when your logs support it, and respects food reactions you have recorded.
- Emelie saves a Coach Note only when you ask her to, and says so only once it is saved.
- Emelie no longer offers to change a session you do not have today; she points to your next one instead.
- Ask for three ideas and you get three, and "the second one" means the second one she listed.
- If Emelie briefly cannot understand a question about your data, she says so and lets you ask again.
- The streak rescue card no longer appears once your rescue is used, and it can always be dismissed.
- The Save button on Health settings floats above the navigation and disappears once your changes are saved.
- Various interface fixes and visual polish across the app.
Thanks for growing with HAVYT. More is already on the way.
